I always like what you share. You express things without sounding like a remaster of ideas that I've heard 100 times before. And sometimes I think you're reading my mind. . "the word "family" leaves out a growing portion of the church body." I do wonder whether singles are a growing portion of the church. It's not appealing to singles, which isn't entirely the church's responsibility. I don't meet single guys at church who are are attractive to me. I meet more who are good guys but not connected to God. Singles' events can feel like being back in the awkward days of middle school. I don't have a point. I'm just sharing some thoughts.
