Star Parker: A Star Is Reborn  Premium Content - Click for Info

The stunning story of how Star Parker left her life of drugs, abortions, and welfare abuse to become a leading advocate for the family.

"I have a big mouth—a big one!" a grinning Star Parker, 40, admits to a packed room of women at a recent Christian women's conference. "In twelve years of marriage there have been many times I practically threw the Bible at my husband rather than give a soft answer," she blares, then quietly confesses, "God has worked very gently with me, and I've sensed him saying, 'If I can be gentle with you, ...

She was a thug for herself before and now she is a thug for Jesus--doing her best to influence public policy so that those of us who are not Christians will be forced to live as if we were. She's actually more dangerous to others now in her Christian Supremacist anti-freedomist campaigns than she was before when she was a petty criminal. What about her divorce? She never did answer that question. Always interesting when people who can't live up to their own values are so vocal about the need for everyone else to submit to their own superior beliefs.

I saw the View, I think Star was forcing her view to other people. Everybody has the knowledge and chance to find his/her own way. It Her way of thinking is not the only true way. God loves everybody, not just her. She you doesn't have to force us to believe in what you believe. Barbara stoped her because she was attacking Michael Moore, She wasn't talking politely. Is this the way that Jesus talked to us?!

Barbara please do not have this Star back on the View again!!!. I have been watching the show for years(since Star Jones/Reynolds and Rosie ODonnald, etc. appeared as host.) Also, following this show I checked Star Parker's info on the internet and it's apparent from her arrogant uncontrollable mouth on the View , she has obtained a lot of very bad experiences. It appears that she is still lacking an education.

Ms. Parker, I was thrilled with how you held your ground this morning on "The View!" If ever someone had been attacked on this show for their beliefs, you were certainly that person. I found myself wishing I was an audience member so that I could stand and - ever so loudly - applaud! It is so refreshing to see a believer on a secular show who can defend his/her faith intelligently. Barbara Walters and Joy Behar seemed to have a problem with your volume, but the real truth is that they had a problem with your beliefs. If Jesus suffered persecution, and He did, a little bit of disrespect and disregard experienced on our end is almost trite. I am sure that this encounter has encouraged you to pursue and perform the will of God with even more passion!! May God continue to bless you as you seek to serve Him more!

I also saw The View this am. I was amazed to hear Barbara asking Star how you got "born again". I loved that she had the chance to tell The View's audience the answer. But then I was annoyed by Barbara later as she was so rude to Star and would barely let her speak. Keep telling the world the truth Star---it will set them free!
