Am I Mentoring Leaders?

Leaders must guide and care for others.

Take Assessment:

Am I Mentoring Leaders?
In most church ministries, there are multiple leaders. But they need others who can guide and care for them. Are you a person who mentors them in this way?
Grade yourself in the following four areas, with "A" as superior, "B" as above average, "C" as average, "D" as below average," and "F" as failing.
1
I spend time with my leaders, building interpersonal relationships with a select group in much the same way Jesus did with his disciples.

2
I teach my leaders to obey the words of Jesus, not only with what I say, but how and when I say it.

3
I plant ideas for ministry with my leaders, allowing those seeds to naturally grow.

4
I communicate well with my leaders, using that communication to build understanding and trust.

How can 4 questions decide whether you're mentoring leaders or not??? Think this is a bad assessment.
