I have been through extremely difficult life events n the past almost 20 yrs., one thing after the other after the other. My PCP Dr. is of no support. I suffer with extreme pain from mulitple spinal issues, I'm a survivor of very intense childhood trauma, my marriage was co-dependent and abusive. I have zero family support. Whatever agency support I have, I have had to fight for. Everything has been a fight for help b/c people say I don't Look like I need help. I use a w/c and am struggling to keep going from day to the next. No one answers my requests for help. I don't know where to turn. The church I go to, is like every other one, not avail. to help. I called Crisis Intervention and they said they'd call back and never did. If I could get some rest, get away to recuperate and have help to do the mounds of paperwork, plus see a counselor who will deal with the marriage and family issues, I could turn around. No one listens.

As I sit here experiencing most of the symptoms, especially the dull emotional energy and body aches, I wonder what kind of lifestyle changes I can make. I am 61 and feel like I am doomed forever.

Appreciate the questions...my levels are normal, but I see many of my friend's exhaustive lives in these questions. Going to suggest they check it out.
